This project is the work of Francis Milloy Design a New York City based art & design studio focused on the creative and precise use of light & darkness within the built environment. The studio operates within the fields of architecture, urbanism, art & product design and has extensive experience working throughout the US and internationally.

This proposal has not been commissioned by anyone, although its preparation has entailed significant consultation.
